Our skilled team performs top-grade renovations, construction and concrete restoration on an assortment of building types. Safety is at the core of everything we do and the message is shared throughout our team so that the beliefs and values can be ingrained in each of our employee’s habits and daily practices. Anything that can positively impact our health and safety good standing is incredibly valued.

Our team members have all gone through safety courses that include Safe Operation and Application of Suspended Access Equipment, Fall Prevention, Ladder Safety, Occupational Safety and Health Training Course in construction, Competent Person training, and Weekly Toolbox Meetings about hazards in the workplace. Our management provides our employees with the most current safety updates, and we encourage all of our employees and management to participate in continuing education courses.

Chase Thompson

CEO

President and CEO of CBT Builders, Chase is a third generation General Contractor. He leads the team and maintains a hands-on approach to all aspects of the company, including direct involvement in many of CBT’s construction projects. This same dedication to excellence is mirrored by the team he has assembled around him, executives that are leaders in the industry, not only experienced but respected.

Rich O'Neil

COO

Rich brings 20 years’ experience in Hospitality and Construction Management, with a Degree in Business Management and multiple property management certifications to assist in all aspects of the CBT organization. Rich is responsible for business development and oversees all operations insuring that the organization is managed, performing efficiently and effectively.

OJ Monterrey

VP of Sales & Business Development

O.J. oversees business development ensuring each client receives the highest quality of customer service regardless of the size of the project. With over 10 years in business development and 6 years in construction and waterproofing, he prides himself on constantly exceeding clients’ expectations. O.J.’s goal is to ensure all CBT’s clients are lifetime clients, being a resource to property managers, owners’ representatives, engineers, and board members. He believes communication is key and always strives to over deliver.

Bill Greenwood

Director of Operations

Bill brings over 28 years' experience in construction and has extensive knowledge of managing every step of a project. He is a proven leader in the construction industry with an extensive management background. Bill provides a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the business. He is a tremendous asset to the CBT Team.

Ron Jarquin

Senior Project Manager

With 20 plus years of experience in concrete restoration, painting, and waterproofing in the field. Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. He specializes in scheduling, client relations, and project management. Ron oversees all project managers ensuring they have the necessary tools to complete projects in a timely manner. He believes in always going the extra mile for the client and building lasting relationships.
