Chase Thompson serves as Chief Executive Officer of CBT Builders, Chase is a third-generation General Contractor with a lifelong passion for the construction industry. As CEO of CBT Builders, he provides strategic leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business, remaining actively involved in many of the company’s construction projects from planning through execution. Committed to delivering exceptional quality and building lasting client relationships, Chase has assembled a leadership team of highly respected industry professionals whose expertise, integrity, and collaborative approach reflect the core values of CBT Builders

Josh Alvarez serves as the Vice President of  Business Development of CBT Builders. Josh is a seasoned business development professional with over 15 years of experience across multiple sectors of the construction industry. As Vice President of Business Development at CBT Builders, he leads the company’s growth initiatives by cultivating strategic partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities throughout South Florida.

With a deep understanding of the construction market and a passion for delivering value, Josh works closely with owners, property managers, consultants, and industry partners to develop long-lasting relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and results. His strategic approach, industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in expanding CBT Builders’ presence and reputation in the market.

Driven by a dedication to client success and continuous growth, Josh remains focused on advancing CBT Builders’ mission while helping clients find innovative, high-quality solutions for their construction and restoration needs.

Ron Jaquin serves as Director of Product & Quality Control for CBT Builders. Ron brings more than 20 years of experience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, protective coatings, and commercial construction to his role as Director of Product & Quality Control at CBT Builders. His extensive field knowledge and leadership experience have made him an integral part of the company’s continued success.

Ron oversees project managers and works closely with field teams to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to CBT Builders’ high standards of quality. His expertise in scheduling, quality control, client relations, and project management helps keep projects on track while delivering exceptional results.

Known for his attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Ron is dedicated to building lasting client relationships through clear communication, reliable service, and superior workmanship.

Thomas Ray serves as Director of Operations of CBT Builders, Tom brings nearly 30 years of commercial construction experience, having advanced from Project Manager to Director of Operations. At CBT Builders, he leads the company’s project management and field operations teams, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, estimating, procurement, and project controls to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

His experience in concrete restoration, structural repair, waterproofing, and building envelope rehabilitation provides the technical expertise needed to successfully execute complex projects, particularly in occupied buildings where careful planning, safety, and coordination are essential. Backed by industry-recognized credentials, including ICRI certification, PTI Level 1 Unbonded Post-Tensioning Installation, and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety, Tom brings both operational discipline and technical leadership to every project.

Manfredo Nunez serves as Director of Preconstruction & Estimating at CBT Builders, bringing more than 15 years of specialized expertise in waterproofing and commercial construction. Originally from Bolivia, he came to the United States to pursue his education, earning an Engineering degree from the University of South Florida.

His extensive industry knowledge and passion for construction make him an invaluable asset throughout the preconstruction and estimating process. Manfredo also holds OSHA 30 and additional industry certifications, demonstrating his commitment to technical excellence, safety, and delivering accurate, competitive project solutions.
