CEO
Chase is a third-generation General Contractor. He leads the team and maintains a hands-on approach to all aspects of the company, including direct involvement in many of CBT’s construction projects. This same dedication to excellence is mirrored by the team he has assembled around him, executives who are leaders in the industry, not only experienced but respected.
Rich O’Neil
COO
Rich brings more than 20 years of proven leadership spanning construction management and hospitality. Backed by a Business Management degree and multiple property management certifications, he drives strategic growth and operational excellence across all facets of CBT. Rich leads business development initiatives, fosters high-performing teams, and implements the processes that enhance efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, he ensures CBT consistently delivers superior results while positioning the organization for long-term success.
O.J. Monterrey
VP of Sales and Business Development
O. J. oversees business development, ensuring each client receives the highest quality of customer service regardless of the size of the project. With over 10 years of experience in construction and waterproofing, he prides himself on constantly exceeding clients’ expectations. O. J.’s goal is to ensure all CBT’s clients are lifetime clients, being a resource to property managers, owners’ representatives, engineers, and board members. He believes communication is key and always strives to over-deliver.
Josh Alvarez
Director of Market Development
Josh is a seasoned Market Development Manager hailing from South Florida with a deep-rooted passion for sales and business development. With over 15 years of experience in various construction sectors, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Drawing on his extensive industry experience and relentless drive for success, Josh continues to drive growth, foster strategic partnerships, and elevate CBT Builders to new heights in the dynamic business landscape of South Florida.
Ron Jarquin
Director of Operations
Ron brings 20+ years of experience in concrete restoration, painting, and waterproofing in the field. Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. He specializes in scheduling, client relations, and project management. Ron oversees all project managers ensuring they have the necessary tools to complete projects in a timely manner. He believes in always going the extra mile for the client and building lasting relationships
